Section 3: Objectives and Scope of a Marketing Cloud Project

In this section you’ll cover the following points:

  • Clear definition of the project’s objectives, outlining what is to be achieved and by when.
  • Scope statement specifying the boundaries of the project, including inclusions and exclusions.

Practical Advice:

Make sure you articulate one main objective and at least two secondary objectives for your Marketing Cloud project.
